Facilities & Machinery

The company has covered space of over an acre with concrete flooring, bays designed for easy movement of material. The EOT cranes of upto 40MT available in 3 bays besides plate shop and storage area. Heavy duty plate bending machine, large heat treatment furnace and a hydraulic press of 200MT capacity is available.

Other facilities include, state of the art welding machines, tube expanders of pneumatic and electronic torque controlled, highend drilling machines, lathes etc.

In-house radiography facilities with source and camera including developing and viewing films. Dye penetrant test can be conducted. Besides this, hydraulic motorized and hand operated testing pump is available. Universal testing machine (UTM) of 40MT, Ultrasonic flaw dector, X-ray machine, Magnetic Particle Testing machine and Hardness tester are also available in the plant.

At Reynolds Chemequip (P) Ltd, works are carried out under the reputed Third Party Inspection Agencies e.g. Lloyd's, Engineers India Ltd., DNV, Bax Counsel, Bureau Veritas, CCE, IBR, JH&GC, TDC and many other renowned International Inspection Agencies.
